Policies: Refunds, Delivery, Returns, and Cancellations

Create Something That Matters is committed to transparency and integrity in all our transactions. Please review the following policies carefully before making a purchase or enrolling in any of our programs.


1. Refund Policy

All sales are final for our digital products, workshops, and coaching services.
Because our offerings include immediate access to valuable resources, refunds are generally not available once the program or service has begun.

However, if you purchased a program or service and have not yet accessed or started it, you may request a refund within three (3) business days of payment by submitting a written request to [email protected].

For done-for-you (DFY) projects, refunds are not available once work has started, as our time, expertise, and project resources are allocated immediately after onboarding and planning begin.


2. Delivery Policy

All digital courses, workshops, and coaching materials are delivered electronically.
You will receive access via email or our private membership portal within 24 hours of your purchase unless otherwise stated on the program page.

For done-for-you services, delivery timelines, milestones, and expectations are clearly outlined in your client agreement before the project officially begins. This ensures mutual understanding of deadlines and deliverables.


3. Return Policy

Due to the digital and customized nature of our products and services, returns are not accepted. Once access to a program, course, or service has been granted, ownership is considered complete.

If you experience technical difficulties or access issues, please contact our support team at [email protected]. We’ll promptly assist you in resolving any issues related to login access, downloads, or course delivery.


4. Cancellation Policy

For ongoing coaching programs or service retainers, you may cancel your engagement by submitting a written notice at least seven (7) days before your next billing cycle.


This ensures we can process your cancellation properly and prevent future charges.

Please note that prepaid programs, workshops, or sessions cannot be canceled once they begin, as access and materials are granted immediately upon start.
However, you may request to transfer your enrollment to a future session or program date, subject to availability and prior approval.
