By purchasing, enrolling, or accessing any of our programs, services, or materials, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services Overview

Create Something That Matters provides education, consulting, and done-for-you services for creators, coaches, and business owners.
Our services include online courses, workshops, coaching programs, and done-for-you creation systems such as course design, marketing strategy, and launch implementation.

All content and materials are owned by Create Something That Matters and are provided for your personal or business use only. You may not resell, share, or redistribute them without written permission.

2. Payment Terms

All prices are listed in USD (United States Dollars).
Payment is due at the time of purchase unless a payment plan has been arranged.
For payment plans, you agree to complete all scheduled payments as outlined at checkout.

We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access to any product or service if payments are missed or declined.

3. Refund Policy

All sales are final for digital programs, workshops, and coaching services.
Refunds are only available if requested in writing within 3 business days of purchase and before any services or sessions have started.

For done-for-you services, once the project has begun, no refunds will be issued as resources and time are immediately allocated.

4. Delivery of Services

Access to online courses, digital materials, or coaching programs is provided electronically via email or our private learning portal within 24 hours of purchase.
Done-for-you projects follow the timelines agreed upon during onboarding.

5. Cancellations

For ongoing coaching or service agreements, you may cancel by providing written notice at least 7 days before your next billing cycle.
Cancellations after this period will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Prepaid programs and workshops cannot be canceled after they begin, but we may allow you to transfer to a future session based on availability.

6. Intellectual Property

All program materials, videos, frameworks, templates, and tools are owned by Create Something That Matters and protected by copyright law.
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for your own business or personal use.

You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written consent.

7. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and confidentiality.
Any personal or business information you share with us will remain private and will not be disclosed to third parties, except as required by law or to process your transactions.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our programs and services are educational in nature and are not guarantees of financial or business results.
By using our services, you acknowledge that your success depends on your own effort, implementation, and circumstances.

Create Something That Matters will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our programs or services.
